Scope of Service

Amazon Attestation provides document attestation and related services in Dubai, Ajman, and other Emirates in UAE. Our services include:

• Commercial Document Attestation: Attestation of commercial/business documents.

• Certificate Attestation Services: Attestation of educational and personal certificates such as birth, degree, and marriage certificates.

• MOFA Attestation: Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation services within 24 hours in UAE.

• Consulate Attestation: Embassy/Consulate attestation for documents issued by foreign states.

• Family Visa Services: Assistance with obtaining family, employment, investor, and visit visas.

• Translation Services: Certified legal translation services in over 100 languages including Arabic, English, French, German, Russian, and Chinese.

We also offer additional services such as visa renewals and cancellations, medical checkup assistance, economic department documentation, government liaison, document typing, Arabic document processing, and more.

Collection and Delivery

As a complimentary service, we offer the collection and delivery of documents worldwide, excluding remote areas. This service can be arranged through courier services or by our staff. Please note that the time provided for document attestation begins from the day following the document's arrival at our office. This timeframe is a courtesy estimate and does not constitute a contractual obligation.

Undelivered Documents

If you are unable to collect your document or accept delivery, please provide written confirmation within 30 days of order completion indicating when you will receive the document. Documents not collected within 30 days may be destroyed.

Ready for Delivery

Once the document is ready for delivery, we will notify you. If the document is not collected within 30 days, an additional service charge will apply.

Delayed Orders

The attestation process is subject to government rules and regulations which may change without prior notice. Delays can occur due to system failures, public holidays, climate conditions, political disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you promptly of any delays. We are not responsible for any document rejection due to non-eligibility.

Damaged Documents

We take full responsibility for any damage to documents during the attestation process and will conduct a thorough investigation. We are not liable for damage caused by lamination removal, courier handling, or document duplicity. The submitter is responsible for the authenticity of the documents.

Modifications

We may add, remove, or modify features of the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice.

Territory

The use and access to the Site are free of territorial restrictions unless prohibited by local legislation. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Service Level Agreement

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services under these Terms. User experience may vary depending on the device and operating system used. We accept no responsibility for any lack of functionality due to your equipment.

User Content

Users are prohibited from sharing content that violates the law, promotes anti-constitutional organizations, or contains harmful material. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content and terminate access to the website for any individual or entity for any reason.

Pricing, Terms of Payment, and Refund Policy

Payment Information

We offer multiple payment options including bank transfers, cheques, card machines, and cash. Prices for our services may vary and are subject to change. Any changes in government fees or processes will be communicated in advance.

Taxes

Any payment is subject to applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Invoicing

Invoices are sent by us, and you are responsible for paying all amounts invoiced in accordance with these Terms.

Moment of Payment Fulfillment

Payment obligations are fulfilled when the sums due are credited to us.

Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment

If any amount owed is overdue, we may suspend the provision of Services until the owed amounts are paid in full.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel an order during the process, we will charge you for the costs incurred up to that point. Government charges are refundable if the process is rejected, but our service charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 25 working days.

Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and any materials incorporated by the Company, including text, graphics, images, and software, are protected by copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe your rights have been violated, contact us at info@amazonattestation.com. We will try to respond within 15 business days. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE laws.

Term and Termination

These Terms continue in effect as long as you use or access the Service. We may terminate the Service for any breach of Terms, including non-payment.

Disclaimer of All Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee the Service will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Miscellaneous

Waiver

A waiver of any term or condition in any instance does not waive such term or condition for any subsequent breach.

Severability

If any Term is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

Notices

Notices will be deemed given if delivered to the email address you specified when visiting our Site or purchasing the Services.

No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a relationship of employment, agency, or partnership between you and us.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
